1. The engine uses a concave-convex block made of alloy material,with cured stiffeners on both side to enhance the rigidity and shock absorption performance, additional support mounted in the middle of the block makes the installation more reliable.
2. Built-in auxiliary inside the engine block,with a special nozzle to the piston continuous injection cooling, which effectively reduces the thermal load.
3. The crankshaft assembly with patented optimization design, equipped with a new type of silicone oil torsional vibration damper,ensure the diesel engine work more smoothly.
4. The diesel engine is equipped with a monitor and an emergency stop device, which can realize automatic alarm and emergency shutdown of water temperature、oil temperature、oil pressure and over speed.
5. The engine block and cylinder head with integral forged steel crankshaft and alloy cast iron, small size, light weight and high reliability.
6. Select reinforced high-pressure oil pump, high fuel injection pressure and low fuel consumption.
7. Use proprietary piston ring sealing technology by YUCHAI to reduce lubricant consumption
8. Choose four-valve technology, single electronically controlled pump and fuel injector by imported technology, good atomization, full combustion and low fuel consumption.
9. Use gear-driven pump in cooling system with high efficiency, double-selection thermostat design make sure the high reliability of the cooling system.
