HYUNDAI diesel generator sets are a new generation of power supply equipment integrating high-efficiency power, intelligent control and environmental protection technologies. With a single-unit power range of 5kW to 3MW, they can meet diverse power needs such as emergency standby, daily continuous use and mobile operations. Relying on high reliability, strong environmental adaptability and low operating costs, they are widely used in industrial production, engineering construction, commercial buildings, remote areas and other scenarios.

The core of the generator set consists of three major systems: power, power generation and control. The power system is equipped with four-stroke high-pressure common rail diesel engines, which are mainly compatible with well-known brands such as Weichai, Cummins and Yuchai. The cast iron engine block is sturdy and durable, and the electronic injection technology achieves sufficient combustion, with a fuel consumption rate as low as 195g/kW·h and a thermal efficiency exceeding 48%. It meets the National III emission standards for non-road mobile machinery, balancing energy conservation and environmental protection.

The power generation system adopts brushless all-copper synchronous generators. The self-excited constant voltage design ensures a voltage fluctuation rate of ≤±0.5%. With class H insulation and IP23 protection level, the generators operate stably and maintenance-free, and can adapt to high-current load equipment such as motors and cranes.

The control system comes standard with four protection functions against overload, short circuit, low oil pressure and high water temperature. An ATS intelligent transfer switch can be optionally configured to realize automatic start-up within 8 seconds of power failure and automatic switch-back when power is restored. Some models are equipped with cloud monitoring platforms, supporting remote data monitoring, fault early warning and intelligent operation and maintenance, truly achieving unattended operation.

In terms of auxiliary configurations, the generator sets are available in various structural forms including open-frame, soundproof, mobile and containerized types. Open-frame models feature convenient maintenance and high cost-effectiveness; soundproof models are fitted with professional sound insulation enclosures, reducing noise to below 65dB and suitable for residential areas and commercial centers; mobile models are integrated with trailer bases for flexible response to field construction and emergency rescue scenarios; containerized models have a high protection level, meeting the harsh environmental requirements of offshore platforms and remote base stations.

All series of models are equipped with closed water cooling or air cooling systems. Verified by high-altitude, high-temperature and low-temperature tests, they can operate stably in the temperature range of -40℃ to 50℃, with a power attenuation of ≤8% at an altitude of 5,000 meters, adapting to various complex working conditions.

In terms of performance, modern diesel generator sets boast the advantage of quick start-up within 10-15 seconds, and can run at full load within 1 minute with fast transient response, providing reliable power support for places with zero tolerance for power outages such as hospitals and data centers. Meanwhile, the high standardization of unit components ensures low maintenance costs, with the overall service life of the unit reaching 30,000-50,000 hours, delivering outstanding whole-life cycle cost-effectiveness.

With technological upgrades, modern diesel generator sets are evolving towards intelligence, low-carbonization and modularization. Technologies such as AI diagnosis, predictive maintenance and digital twins are being gradually implemented, providing global users with more efficient and environmentally friendly power solutions.
