SDEC marine type diesel generator set
The generator sets offer a wide power range, from 40kW to 808kW, suitable for various scales of applications, from small fishing boats and yachts to medium-sized merchant ships and offshore platforms. They can serve as primary power sources for continuous operation or as backup power for unexpected power outages. The core power unit features a gantry-type engine block and an integral crankshaft design, resulting in a compact and rigid structure. Combined with flat-cut connecting rods and a short piston layout, it not only boasts excellent adaptability, being interchangeable with older 135 diesel engines, but also effectively reduces vibration and noise, resulting in smoother operation.
In terms of performance, it combines high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and strong environmental adaptability. Employing a new type of constricted combustion chamber and high-pressure fuel injection technology, coupled with a high-quality P11 oil pump and dual turbocharger configuration, this unit achieves more complete fuel combustion, resulting in a comprehensive fuel consumption rate as low as 203g/kW·h, saving 10%-15% in operating costs compared to similar products. Emissions fully comply with international and domestic standards such as IMO II and GB 3552-2018, and it has obtained CCS certification from the China Classification Society. Some models can be adapted to certifications from mainstream classification societies such as ABS and BV, meeting the requirements of global shipping routes. Designed for harsh operating conditions such as salt spray, high humidity, and vibration at sea, the unit adopts anti-corrosion coating technology and a “three-proof” design, significantly improving the salt spray, mildew, and damp heat resistance of key components. Combined with an optimized lubrication and cooling system, it greatly reduces “three-leakage” problems, allowing for a total overhaul cycle of up to 30,000 hours, with reliability far exceeding the industry average.
Intelligent and adaptable design tailors the actual needs of marine applications. The standard configuration features an intelligent control panel with four protection functions, supports CAN bus communication, and can monitor key parameters such as speed, water temperature, and oil pressure in real time. It automatically alarms and shuts down in case of abnormalities. Optional AI predictive maintenance module and remote monitoring system can be added to provide 72-hour advance warning of faults, enabling unattended operation and precise maintenance. It can also be flexibly paired with generators from well-known brands such as Stanford and Leroy-Somer, supports electric start, and can be customized into special models such as low-noise and containerized types, suitable for diverse scenarios such as fishing vessel operations, merchant ship navigation, and offshore platform maintenance.
