Core configurations showcase their robust strength. The engines utilize classic series such as WP4.1, WP6, and WP10, employing cast iron bodies and electronically controlled high-voltage common rail fuel injection technology. This improves combustion efficiency by 15%-20%, achieving a fuel consumption rate as low as 195g/kWh, making them both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, fully meeting the non-road Stage III emission requirements. The generator uses all-copper windings, possesses H-class insulation and IP23 protection rating, and its self-excited constant voltage design ensures voltage fluctuation rate ≤±0.5%, providing stable power generation and requiring no maintenance. The control system comes standard with four protection functions: overload, short circuit, low oil pressure, and high water temperature. An optional ATS intelligent control system and cloud monitoring platform are available, enabling automatic restart after 8 seconds of power failure and automatic shutdown upon power restoration. It also allows remote monitoring of operating data and fault warnings.
Performance advantages adaptable to complex operating conditions. The unit has a rated speed of 1500 r/min, a frequency of 50 Hz, and a voltage of 400/230V. It can operate at full load within one minute, with rapid transient response. The open rack design makes components readily visible, facilitating convenient and efficient daily maintenance and filter replacement, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Equipped with a professional silencer and bottom oil tank, it balances noise reduction with long-lasting operation. Verified through high-altitude, high-temperature, and high-cold testing, it exhibits a power attenuation rate of ≤8% at altitudes above 5000 meters, a 20-second start-up at -40℃, and continuous stable operation at 50℃.
