YUCHAI Marine Propulsion Engine
Abstract
YUCHAI marine engines are lower in noise than similar domestic products. Equipped with a digital intelligent remote monitoring instrument next to the engine, which facilitates the operation, monitoring and automatic protection of the diesel engine, and more effectively ensures the safe use of the engine. Electricity and gas dual energy sources are optional to meet the safety requirements of special ships such as chemical industry.
YUCHAI marine engines are developed for the operating condition of inland river shipping and oceanic fishing boat,with the adoption of advanced technology of Germany, USA, Japan, fully in accordance with the European modern engine development process.
Main Features
● Energy conservation and environmental protection
Electric monomer pump is a new generation with high efficiency and energy saving technology. It is combined with domestic and foreign advanced design, highland low water cooling technology, turbocharged inter-cooled, four-valve technology. It meets MO Tier ll emissions requirements and guarantees the machine both energy saving and environmental protection.
● Compact structure
The set has small volume and light weight, is easy for installation and maintenance. The camshaft uses injection for treating with integrated solutions, to ensure the machine is compact.
● High reliability
Use the high strength of cylinder block structure; combine with forging steel
crankshaft connecting rod with alloy steel material, significantly reduce the impact of the main shaft tile, ensure the machine is reliable and durable.
● Load ability
Use electric monomer pump technology and pioneering four implement parallel technology to ensure the engine transient speed and load ability.
● Easy for maintenance
The two sides of the inlet pipe are arranged, and the maintenance is close. The cylinder and cover structure have borrowed the mature cylinder cover which has been used for many years by the model of the platform. The disk drive mechanism designed by self-patent technology is convenient for maintenance.
